West Park Tavern

I had a really great experience and especially appreciated the exemplory customer service I was met with upon walking in the door by the hostess. I believe I caught her name, Ellie, and if you end up dining at this fine establishment I hope you meet her and experience her charm.
Had a business lunch here, and was unexpectedly delighted with the food. For as silly as it may sound, tavern style restaurant menus, to me, usually feel like someone just tried too hard to make something basic into something fancy, that ends up tasting like something totally other than what it started out as, instead of an enhanced version of the dish. It is a big turn off for me after I order and what I get is just this odd assortment of items that may or may not resemble what I thought I had ordered in both looks and taste, and decorated with pieces of lettuce I don't want to eat anyway. Everything smelled so good here; I would have gotten a sampler of the entire menu had that been an option. The interior was very welcoming and so was the staff. We did not try any of the craft beers as it was a business lunch, but I highly recommend both the Blackened Blue Burger (best blue cheese crumbles I have EVER tasted and the burger itself was full of flavor and juicy - NOT greasy!) and Anthony's Brisket Burger (I did not order this myself, but I wanted to after it arrived and the smell hit me. I am not a huge brisket fan, but THAT I can be a fan of!). No fillers, no extra fancy lettuce I didn't want getting in the way of my meal; just good food in a beautifully relaxing environment. We were there for lunch so I am sure there is a bit more excitement in the evenings, but it was perfect for the occasion. Do try this place out if you can! You won't be disappointed.
Decidedly above average pub fair (some of which touches on exceptional), solid beer/drink selections and quality wait staff. While the location is unexpected this place is a gem above all others in the vicinity and a personal favorite.
If you're looking for an ultimate bar food experience and you still want to bring your family, this place is it. Settled in a strip mall, this place looks like your average corner pub but the food and drink options are on point and with options for the kids, its a good spot for a good meal at a good price. Their onion ring starters are a recommendation from me. They're hot, crunchy deliciousness. The portion is huge and the dipping sauce is excellent. The ribs, too, were smokey and fall off the bone. I also have to give credit for their wings, which although were a bit spicy for my son at their mildest, were meaty and fresh. The bison, blue cheese burger was good but at medium rare seemed a bit dry for me but the blue cheese was pungent and a nice surprise. The bar had a great selection of mixed drinks and beer which, from what I got from the server, change every 2-3 weeks and their newly added Guinness was a good pour. Service could not have been better. She was very helpful and prompt and available to keep the drinks topped off and napkins handy. One thing she could not avoid though was the overwhelming inferno that was the dining room. We almost left when we sat down. The back of the dining room was like a sauna. So keep that in mind if you're coming in from the cold. I'd come back again, but probably for the bar and drinks and good service and maybe sit more towards the front of the restaurant. The price too was a nice surprise, just right for a high quality meal.
This place is A+. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Great for the family or a night out with friends. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and drinkers selection. I was extremely surprised with the prices considering the quality and quantity of the entrees. The "Deji's Sweet T" Chicken Sandwich was out of this world. Overall this establishment was exceptional and I look forward to going back. Keep up the good work.
