ABSOLUELY freakin 💜 this place try to treat myself to some pork fried rice with their awesome shrimp sauce at least 1x or 2x a month, and with they affordable price and large servings it doesn't take a "special event" in order to treat the hubby and I!!! YUMMY!!! ALWAYS perfect PLUS they serve ICE COLD RED BULL!!! that alone gives them the W in my book ☺
I placed an order for a delivery on a Monday only to find that JJ's does not deliver on Mondays or Fridays. Joel's refused delivery off of Highway 3. So I picked up instead. The order included cucumber rolls. The preparation of the cucumber rolls were the worst I have ever seen. My 6-year-old daughter could have sliced the cucumbers more delicately. I attempted to place another order, sans cucumber rolls, on Wednesday for pick up at about 2:00 p.m. and was told the kitchen was already closed. But the website very clearly states that they are open until 2:30 p.m.
BEST FOOD!!!! The people here are incredibly nice, incredibly fast, and amazingly amazing! I got delivery and it was here in no time flat. My sushi is amazing, the food is awesome. I could go on and on but Ill just eat!
I don't recommend this restaurant. On Valentine's Day 2013 experienced worst restaurant experience ever. They mixed up our dinner order, which resulted in them serving my wife a meal she was allergic to. When I approached management, GM said "you knew what you ordered"...no apology, no concern. Even sushi preparer told me to get out of his space even though GM never came out from behind bar. Even told us to "get out of restaurant". Spent $47 on dinner and never even considered "walking the check". Just wanted apology and concern from management. Never got it and was told to leave....seriously? Will never go back and I'm a Mooresville resident and regular customer. Management needs to go to "cutomer service school". Terrible experience.
Ate dinner here tonight. The tuna avocado salad was superb. I agree the rice on the rolls kinda not what I'm used to. Overall very well. And the server and services very polite and timely. Would come again on my next trip to Mooresville NC
