Great pub and coffee house. Man working the bar went out of his way to make us our own batch of pretzels. They were amazing. Coffee was also excellent. Great chill atmosphere in the morning.
Great Place to go for a drink or for some local bands. Very unique in their food/ drink choices and all very well made, plus the coffee is great. Have been there ever since they opened up! Always been a great place to visit whenever I am in Franklin, NC. Staff is always smiling and welcoming! Hope they can go to a bigger location in the near future!
Espresso shake and fresh baked German style pretzels are the best!
Limited variety of entertainment, not much food to choose from. Quirky staff. My wife and I went in one friday nite and to see a band perform. We each had two Coronas (our first drinks of the evening) and we were cut off. They have weird hours so you never know when they are open. Sadly, this place is about as progressive as Franklin gets. When they do have an event that draws a lot of people, there is a ridiculous line for the SINGLE restroom. Pro: Free internet, well lit and somewhat comfortable. Esspresso coffee.
We spent the weekend in Franklin for The Taste of Scotland festival, but our Saturday nite here was the best part. The soft pretzel and whiskey cake were AWESOME!! Not to mention the Warsteiner that was on tap, the music, and just the all around atmosphere were wonderful. Played cards, drank beer, ate food, it doesn't get any better. Plus we could walk back to our Inn.
