At lunchtime I didn't expect to see and receive "non-rush hour" quality food. The fries we're burnt and my salad had withered lettuce. Then I asked for a fish sandwich instead and that was a disappointment; I only ate half of it. And to top it off my husband ordered "hot tea" and they ran out of tea bags. Overall I wouldn't recommend this McDonalds. The one thing I dislike is spending money on food that's not appealing and satisfying 😤.

i have been to this location on several occassions and desided to give it one last chance. Got to say something happened and what a turn around. Lobby clean, smiles on the workers faces, food was good and they even came to my table to refill my coffee. I don't know the manager but haven't seen him there on my previous visits. I think he is the new manager as he was talking to alot of people in the lobby and telling them to let him know if they ever have any problems. Just thinking i got them on a good day i have wen tback almost every other day and it's getting better. Thanks Mcd's for making a change.

The only thing this place has going for them is their coffee. They've finally brought their sanitation score up to a 90.0. The service is awful, your order is more than likely going to be wrong, and you can expect to wait.....for a long while. I don't know..but I heard the reason for the low sanitation grade was maggots underneath the grill, in and around the tea canisters....etc I personally refuse to eat here. All I order is a large coffee. And I'm worried about that sometimes..... I would recommend spending the few extra $$$ at Hardee's, its right across the street. Their food is hot, delicious, and 99% of the time, its exactly what you ordered, and how you ordered it. The service is friendly, its just way better all the way around! Hope this helps!

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!! Always a LONG wait & IF they get your order correct, it's COLD/OLD!!...I've given this location a couple chances to improve or make up for past issues, but I've clearly made a mistake! I will NEVER go back!!......SERVICE (Always rude & never nice/smiling!), FOOD, WAIT-TIME, CLEANLINESS - AREAS THAT MAJORLY NEED IMPROVEMENT!!!!!....& Ironically, during my most recent (& LAST) visit, I recieved a receipt that was faded! Leaving me unable to go on their site to make a review! Hopefully this will help others atleast!....BEWARE!!
