My BF took me there for our anniversary. We arrived at around 8:30. We were advised that there were no clean tables and we would have to sit at the bar. I looked around and there were only 3 tables with diners sitting at them. He placed our silverware in front of us and said "this is your salad fork, dinner fork and knife." REALLY!!! The bartender took our order. I asked him what kind of shrimp the restraurant used. He said he didn't know and then just stared at me. I ordered the scampi. My boyfriend ordered the prime rib and asked for it rare. The bartender said I think we are out. But I will put the order in for you and if we are out you can order something else. The bartender came back with our salads, which were mediocure. Then 5 minutes later he was back with our dinner entree. He said "I told the cook you haven't had time to finish your salads and he said "well' their dinner is ready now." So here you go." I asked for the loaf of bread which was supposed to accompany our meal and the bartender said "Sorry, the cook left after he finished your meal." I know at that point I just stared at him with a gaping open mouth. I went to into the ladies room and as I was coming out something snagged the arm of my new shirt. There was a nail/screw sticking out of the door hinge. It tore a hole in my blouse the size of a dime and left a bruise. I showed my BF and he said "that is BS. You should say something or do you want me to?" When the bartender walked by and I told him what had occured and said "You should really go hammer it in so no one else gets injured or clothes ruined." He was so sarcastic and said "you expect me to go do it now?" He acted like I was asking him to commit a crime. Keep in mind at this point there was one table left. I said "I would." He turned around and walked away. I turned to my BF and said "don't you dare tip him." My BF said what if that was a little kid and the nail grabbed his eye?" I said "I know." My BF's prime rib was excellent and my scampi was oversauced. There were 5 medium sized shrimp swimming in about 1 cup of butter and garlic. My BF asked for our check and the bartender said he would take our drinks off our ticket. We each had a beer. So my $48.00 shirt with a hole in it and is worthless but we got a free beer. WHATEVER We won't go back to the 519. EVER!!!!

Upscale menu, moderate to upscale price, "c" level atmosphere. Not to mention my porterhouse was dried out and a little chewy.

Nice place, I was pleased with the service and the food.
