Shaking my head, literally... This is possibly the worst experience I've ever had n food quality, taste and service. In the serves defense I believe they were under staffed but Hello... It's a graduation! ... For Jackson U! We waited an hour n 24 min for the food to start coming out as well. .. uhh, the food was so salt (shellfish trio n shrimp pasta) warm to touch n n salty n rubbery lobster. The caramel Apple tini tasted like a the caramel Apple but the caramel sauce was sub par with a half @ssed presentation. Everything took for ever n was NOT WORTH THE WAIT. I'm Sry to report.... I'm still Hungry.
The food was delicious. The problem was when I got to almost the end of my meal and found a piece of plastic in my lobster pasta. That kind of turned me off. I told my waitress who brought the manager over and was not very apologetic. Basically just said "Well what do you want me to do?" And told me that the plastic was from the packaging of the lobster. I haven't been back since.

Wait staff was very polite and friendly, got food out and refilled drinks in a timely fashion. The food, however, was overpriced and not that great. I paid $11.99 for "chicken Parmesan" ... When I got it there was no marinara to be seen, but I discovered a tiny scoop under the poorly breaded small chicken breast. The cheese sauce that wa in it was pretty terrible. The salad bar was good, everything was filled and it was tasty.
