Barb and Ronnie DO NOT stand behind their word! These people lie! They ripped me off on a jeep wrangler that I have paid over 5,000 out of the 8,000 owed. The jeep kept breaking down on me so I spent another 2,000 in parts and labor. It sat in my shop for months so of course Im not going to keep insurance on it while Im not going to be driving it for months! I got 2 months behind on payments, kind of hard to make payments when it keeps breaking down... So I called them and told them to come take the jeep until I could get caught up on my payments and they said that was fine once I got caught up on my payments I could come get the jeep back. I then called to catch up on my payments two weeks later and they said NO, I could not have my jeep back... They ripped me of thousands of dollars!!! These people are a joke! Hell one of their mechanics walks around with no shoes on, very gross and unprofessional place! I would advise anyone to NOT do business there!
Went to look at a truck that I saw from the highway and it had a sticker price of around $13,000 which isn't bad for this truck. Come to find out that it had 600,000 miles on it and on KBB it booked for way less. Asked the owner if he could drop the price to maybe $11,000 and he said he couldn't budge. I argued with him for an hour about what's wrong with it and how it's not worth $13,000 and he kept being a jerk and showed me a book that they go off of for prices. Not even taking in account of the milage. So bottom line, they over price ALL of their vehicles and are trying to screw you out of your hard earned money.
Barb, Ronnie, Anna and Britney are all great to work with. They have been very good to us, helping us to try to get our truck fixed and when that wasn't possible put us in a different truck that we are very happy with. They have gone out of their way to make us happy. I will buy from them again and I recommend them to all my family and friends.
We bought a Honda motorcycle there. Prob spent more than we should've by a little bit. They've always were very polite and respectful with us. Thank you
