Camping World of Springfield

I bought a Coleman with 2 slide-outs the first time but it was totaled in a flood. So I went back to find another one comparable. It was a 2014; first time out with it required warranty repairs. The sales manager tried to swindle me out of a hitch on the first camper. When I took the second camper back 2 months later for repairs, they had it for nearly 6 weeks! They kept telling me they couldn't get the parts. Mind you, these parts are normal replacement parts, nothing extraordinary. The door would spring open on the highway. Instead of replacing the latch, they adjusted it. It still springs open. I will never, never buy another product from Camping World. They are only concerned about sales. When it comes time to work on something...be ready to argue, wait for several weeks and experience a lot of frustration. I was very disappointed in the service and the shiesty tactics of the sales manager.
Don't do business with these guys! You will regret it. Do some searches on forums you'll find alot.
We took our camper to this camping world to have warrenty work done on the awning. long story short, they had it for a month and a half, lied to us about the awning being on back order when in reality it was never ordered. They fixed an "electrical problem" that didn't need fixing and then tried to charge us for it. When we finally brought the camper home they had given us the wrong keys so we were locked out of it. We live 30 miles away from this store so it is a 60 mile round trip. We made 4 or 5 trips back and forth to this store. NEVER AGAIN will I have this store do work on my camper or buy anything from them! Even though there isn't another RV service department around here for miles, save yourself some trouble and look for another place!
