Came here on a dealership's recommendation since the buffet was good. They decided to close the buffet at 2 pm. I flew and drove 9 hours and found this out after the desk clerk tried to overcharge me for my room. The desk clerk maliciously sent me to the wrong elevator for payback for calling her out on miss quoting me. Anouther staff member claimed that the expensive restaurant was the only other one serving once again trying to get more $$$ out me? The less expensive one was also open. They charge for Internet access here also?

Great service, got into our room in record time after we got out of our car. Natalie did a great job checking us in. After dropping off my things in the room, took a walk around the casino, but it was short, to much second hand smoke for me. For the price of our king sized bed room, about 70, no complaints. Good value.

Very poor customer service. I have made 5 phone calls, spoken with 7 different people, and waited over 2 hours to get an extra pillow delivered to my room. There is no way to reach the hotel front desk without first speaking with the general casino operator, who has to go through their 2 minute script before they ask you why you're calling. Then they dump the call to a phone that rings to infinity and beyond. The only reason it isn't 1 star is because it is moderately clean and doesn't smell like smoke. Not impressed. Won't be back. It's not even worth staying here when the room is comp'd.

Terrible place. You and I both know they are going to take your money, and give you nothing in return. What happened to comps? Not here. Save your money, or at least go buy something fun with it because your gonna loose it and wish you did. Rude dealers, think you would get a smile or something with they are taking your money.

If you are looking for a hotel while on business, DON"T BE FOOLED by the low weekday price!!! This is a casino - everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is geared toward herding you to their casino! Make a phone reservation?: you have to listen to their 4 minute "hold" schpiel about all their wonderful things in the casino. Make a call from the room to the front desk?: you have to listen to their whole schpiel about their wonderful casino. Want internet? 11 @#!!.**^ dollars per night!!! Want a meal for under 25 bucks? You'll have to travel at least three miles! Want HBO? Not here. Want a quiet night's sleep? Not gonna happen. I originally booked this place for 5 days, but left after the first night.
