Inexperienced wait staff forgot silverware and napkins when our appetizer came out, and then showed up with them 5 minutes after she was asked for them. There were 4 people in our party and the place was not real busy
Aside from the struggling service, I have no idea what the hell is going on with the kitchen other than serious staffing and management issues. When we finally started getting our food it was staggered. Person A and B got their food, 10 minutes later person C got their food, and then another 10 min after that I got my food. This was not happening at just our table, as we noticed it was happening on all others. The waitress apologized but by the time I got my food I was no longer hungry since party A & B were almost done eating, we had been there almost 2 hours already and I was just pissed.
I will not return to this establishment ever.
