Archer is amazing. Your service desk was swamped when we arrived to pick up our car but Archer was still able to offer us excellent service as he multi tasked his way through the situation. I hope you realize what a valuable employee he is. All of your employees work well as a team. Thanks Harold Dickert
I appreciate the greeting I get over the phone and at arrival at Witt. Along with the Thank you when I leave. Tony was very helpful, knowledgeable working with me when my car was getting fixed. Thank You to Tony, Artur and the Mechanic who worked on my Bonneville! I have a trip to make soon out of state...and I am thankful that you made my appointment in a timely matter! I am reassured now with my car fixed I will have safe travels! Also thank you for washing the car when serviced... that is a plus! Go WITT :).... Thanks Lisa H.
We were quickly greeted when we entered the service area. The service person verified what we wanted done. He gave an estimate for how long the repair would take. He offered us a ride if we wanted one. The waiting room was comfortable. There were coffee, tea, orange juice and donut holes available. The repair was completed during the time estimated. They washed our car. The service was friendly, fast and professional when he did the checkout.
On hold, thinking about trading in my 1998 Oldsmobile Bravada for something new and different. I owe about $1100 on the work they did replacing the gas tank and "fuel relay sending unit" Awesome conversation with Jann *.* Witt! :)
We have been driving Hondas for the last 20 years. Our last one was a 2 door and it was a beautiful car, but it was hard to get in and out of. It was also hard to get things out of the back seat. There was a lot of road noise. We were looking for something that had 4 doors, sat up higher on the road like an SUV, got good gas mileage, had little road noise, had heated and adjustable seats for both passengers, and had a comfortable ride. I had driven a Honda CRV before and was not impressed on the comfort side. My sister has a Buick Enclave that I got to drive once and thought it had a wonderful ride. So we decided to drive the Encore. We were very impressed from the first drive. The same night we also drove the Ford Escape that was also very nice but did not have the ride that the Encore had. I have read reviews about the Encore being under powered. After driving it, I know that is not a problem for us. It seems to have adequate power for everything that we want to do. It is like movie reviews, you can't always believe them. The sales staff is not pushy and very friendly. I will have no problem working with them in the future.
