I have had amazing service every time that I have visited this location. The staff are very friendly and know a lot of customers by name. Its clean and comfortable for me to do some paperwork while on the road and they are very family and kid friendly. I really enjoy being able to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the Michigan weather. Highly recommend this location.
Everything you like about big apple plus friendly service
Feels...not clean. People who work there are disheveled, with overgrown hair and no hairnet.Service is slow. Old woman at counter is not friendly unless u know her and she will make u wait 20 minutes while she finishes her conversation. Brooklyn bagels in north muskegon is way better. I would rather drive all the way to north muskegon than to waste my time and money at this dump.
