Was there with Friends. Try to find a Place at the waterside. Fantastic Harbour view. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere Hope i can return one day.
My best friend and I went here for dinner while touring the island last week and had a great experience. The food was delicious (though pretty expensive) and we sat on the outdoor deck which had a nice view of the water and boats. Overall we had a good time but there was one boat at the docks next door that kept revving its engine really loud. Besides that annoyance it was a good time all around.
The view at lower level deck is really good. The water below the deck is clean and the view to the Arnold ferry dock and State marina is good as well. We took a lot of family picture at the deck. The food is not budget priced, as most places in the Mackinac island. But the quality is worth the price.
Great lunch spot on the island! Patio is very nice overlooking the Marina. Expect a wait for a table as this place is always busy, but it's worth the wait. For a nice meal on the island, prices are reasonable but some menu items give you more bang for your buck. Recommend the whitefish tacos, filling but not too heavy leaving room for a few adult beverages!
