It's Thanksgiving day 2013 and I live in San Jose CA and my parents live in Gaylord. While I was wishing them a Happy Thanksgiving on the phone they mentioned that they had reservations at Ruby Tuesday in Gaylord. So after we hung up I called the restaurant and spoke with Coleen. I asked if I could arrange to pay for my parents meal whatever they order plus a tip and not to tell them till they were ready to pay. I want to Thank Coleen for a JOB WELL DONE. She pulled it off without a hitch and I know with it being Thanksgiving I'm sure she was very busy. Needless to say my parents were very surprised and it was an emotional moment for all. So again Thank You Coleen for providing great Customer Service that you don't see much off these days! We may make this an annual event. I will stop by and meet you if I'm ever in town.

Can't go wrong here 'cause they have a great salad bar and quality food!
Server, Jess was very professional and mature. Excellent. Much better than most of the "cutsie" servers these days.
