They have often gotten my orders wrong on simple iced coffees and think its OK to short change people and mock customers once they shut drive through window thinking said customer can't hear. You've lost this ex customer for good. I will drive to another location or Starbucks and now buying Starbucks coffee at grocery store instead of cans of yours from your locations. Very displeased with the way you do business.
