Excellent coffee. It has been fun to see the baristas getting better and faster since the July 2 opening of this, the only Biggby Coffee in Flint.
Starbucks is dark and kind of snobbish. Biggby is bright and open, with really friendly owners and workers. Starbucks is known for over-roasting their beans. Biggby doesn't do that, so you taste more of the bean and less of the roast itself. Biggby gourmet drinks are a bit sweeter than Starbucks. This location is a great place to hang out and chat.
I will change my review to five stars as the baristas really hone their craft and get faster.
