My wife went to get me a roast beef sub and specifically asked for extra roast beef and very little mayo. Seems like a simple order but the sandwich was drowned in mayo and there was no extra roast beef. The customer service was rushed and lacking in professionalism. Because management in order to save a buck apparently thinks that three women can handle the massive amount of people that show up for the lunch rush. This is not only greedy but a ridiculous task for three employees to handle and i can make this statement because i used to be employed by Subway in Phoenix, Az. in my early twenties and we had six people handling rush hour orders. Super Bowl events included. The fact that there are qualified people looking for employment throughout Caribou shows how these three are overworked for very little pay just amounts to the same blue blood greedy attitude of the new england area.
