Came to Hagerstown for my husband's job. Wanted some hookah. Wandered into this place. Really laid back environment. The waitress we had was really friendly and nice. Enjoyed it!!!
The mushroom glass Hookah was pretty awesome w/ pumpkin pie sh. Leather couches were a nice touch. Reasonably priced. Excellent location downtown theater district. High Recommend. A+
Relaxing environment great service a little small and dark
If you have to choose between Mirage in Frederick or here, I'd definitely choose Oasis. The servers are nice, the owner is the funniest guy you'll ever meet and the selection of shisha is fantastic.
They use Al Fahker shisha and you really can't go wrong in that department, the prices are decent and it's certainly relaxing. The hookahs are high quality, if you come in with 2 or more people and don't get the $8 shisha you can use their fancy $2000 hookahs which are so damn smooth.
I'd come every week if I had the gas money for it.
