they mess up my drink order everytime! EVERY SINGLE TIME. I do not go here anymore. the guy who takes the order at the box is the most unfreindly person I've ever talked to or been serviced by. Go there and you'll wonder why that guy is even allowed to speak to customers. Save your money and go elsewhere and they give you stuff you didn't even order
Excellent new store. Modern, upscale and friendly staff. I like the huge TV so guest can stay up to date with news.

Great donuts, but way too much for them. So this place was voted as #1 in Hagerstown to get coffee? Let's get real here....it's average coffee at best and convenient locationwise. But best coffee....no way....too many other true coffee houses that can blow their java away....but people just are not willing to take off the blinders and try something different. That and since they are advertisers with the newspaper....they get the ballots hand delivered to them. Real fair method of voting....
