Poor Customer Service. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a bottle water. After the transaction was complete I was informed that there were no bottles of water stocked in the cooler. After I left heading towards DC I noticed that I had been charged for the water bottle. So I call the store and ask to speak to management and a boy asks me whats the issue. I tell him and then he says that he cannot help me. He puts me on hold, I hear him explaining to the "actual manger" what the issue is and then she picks up the phone and says rudely "how can i help you?" I was just unhappy with the whole experience. I had a problem and they were not too kind to solve it.
