I visited this place twice in the past week. The first time, inside, i ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and it took 12 minutes to make, they actual skipped my order and i had to inform them that i was waiting for ever. Natasha was the one making the sandwiches and she was ignoring other employees telling her to make it for me. The next visit, i decided to go through the drive through, pulling up the worker said "hold on", no hello or nothing. So i waited with my window down while it was raining for three minutes, a long time with the rain coming in my car. Finally she took my order and said "pull up" all rude and didn't even tell me the price. So i pulled up, Natasha again!! She took my money gave me my food and didn't say have a good day or anything. Natasha needs to be FIRED, shes a bitch that is ruining Dunkin Donuts reputation!
Coffee is way over priced . what are they thinking of. You can get a cup of coffee at Cumberland farms for a dollar. Their coffee is very good' just as good as dunkins. If you added what you paid for a cup of coffee once a day on your way to work. It would be very picey. you do the math. I think you would agree..The coffee is also very good at McDonald's for a dollar.
Took literally 10 min to get a flatbread and a latté. Other customers just walked out as they got disgruntled waiting for one of the three servers to acknowledge them
