Super place to relax and have a coffee and a bite to eat. Great selection of fresh brewed coffee. If you like a robust cup they rotate two dark, rich grinds on alternating days. They have a proper commercial espresso machine for the aficionado, their bariste will hook you up. A tip: if your sitting down you can have your beverage in a mug which comes with refills on the house! The food is fresh made on the premises with a great vegetarian selection. The menu is also paleo friendly if your a little creative - the curry chicken salad on a Caesar salad is my favorite. The WIFI is free and your welcome to stay! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming .
The Sturbridge Coffee House gets better the second you walk in.. the coffee choices are beyond measure… the food choices are exceptional as well. Wow, the interior of this place is very cool, it's a mix of an urban cafe and colonial because of the Windsor chairs at tables and comfy leather couches near the fireplace. It was open at 6 and coffee was perfect.
It's so awesome that a place like this has come to Sturbridge and is surviving! Locally ground coffee, biodegradable packaging, excellent prices, amazing coffee. They'll give you anything you could want from a coffee shop and espresso bar and you get to meet the people you support by eating there. Pia is the biggest sweetheart ever. I go there every morning and after you've gone a few times and they know you you are a part of the family. They have free wifi, and, if you don't have a computer, they have one there for you to use for free. They have music and poetry in the evenings on the weekend. Their muffin tops are to die for. Try the sour cream and poppy seed.
