Terrible. Unless you get a black coffee with no cream and no sugar, and you repeat that twice, you have a 50% chance at best to get your coffee right.
Came here for breakfast twice while in town. Thought the pillars were nontraditional for Dunkin' Donuts, but cool nonetheless. Service was average.
my complaint i think is reasonable, i go to D&D alot. but there is an ongoing crapy expericence at the rutland, main st, holden moblie, & holden rite aid plaza. seriously 3, yup u heard 3 Dunkins in a row that will NOT make my stupid ice mocha latte. its a hour sometimes a hour & 1/2 b4 closing that they say the machine is already cleaned, its broken, its down, mind u this has been going on since 2009, seriously not being sarcastic all these girl have no problem constantly telling me the same crap day after day. its crazy, why can't i come in 5 minutes before closing and order a latte, WHY? really, the reason is beacause if u guys close at 8pm, your employes want to be driving out the parking lot @ 7:59pm. another thing why do u shake it, do have any idea what the pics of iced latte for dunkin dounts looks like, well its not choclate milk, want to no what else is awsome when some1 doesn't no how to make it, they make an ice coffee with tons of whole milk and mocha and calls it a day then tries to charge me$4.26, (that almost $5bucks) some even have the nev to put hot choc in it. an other thing i think i have to go in and not the drive thru bcause, i think i mite have more of a chance of being right. just so u no i do go 2 alot of D&D, rutland main st in the morning is awsome, go threw the drive tru quick, ALWAYs correct, the guys work frigging great in the a.m... i think i'm a decent customer i can think of atleast ten dunkins off the top of my head that u can say "they know me", b-cause i go so much. it takes guts to keep telling the same customer crap like atleast once or twice a week for a very long time.
