After shopping around at several dealerships in the area, Imperial Ford had the best price on a new Fusion. In the process of prepping the car, an issue arose with the paint. While the issue took a bit of time to resolve, Imperial customer service helped every step of the way. The dealership had the best price, stood behind their product, and offered an exceptional customer service experience. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.
We recently had the best experience ever at a car dealership when we leased a new Ford Edge Select from Imperial Ford in Mendon. We worked with Steve Jionzo, salesman, and Mike Penner, general manager. Within two days, Imperial completed everything related to our trade in, new car, lease payments, finance, registration, and insurance. Colby Craig then set us up with all our dashboard electronics. Nothing could have been easier. To date, we’ve driven 1,700 miles and cannot be more satisfied. Our Edge is fantastic and the Imperial dealership even better. Mr. Penner told us his goal is for every one of his customers to be 100% satisfied. We are for sure! Thank you so much. And thank you, Mr. Meehan, for everything you do for our community.
Over the past few years I have heard several great things about Imperial Cars and I must say that my recent purchase on 1-27-12 proved all those things to be true! All the fantastic services and courtesies were truly a great experience for me. From calling for the first time and getting Mark Rossi's professional advice and assistance, to finding the right car for my wants and needs with Joel Cohen, then setting up my finances with Karyn Ingram, all made this as easy as 123! I started off with a wonderful experience purchasing the car with the car salesman to learning my loans and ways to save on my loan. The experience was wonderful and i was raving about them. The check engine light was on which was an immediate concern but I was assured it was nothing big and just needed have it's service finished and it wouldn't be on when i picked it up. Which i suppose they didn't lie... it came on the next morning after i picked it up. I called back explaining there was an issue with the check engine light. My car was in and out of the service center for a month trying to figure out the problem. I insisted on receiving a rental because i gave them a wonderful car and expected one back. They gave me nothing but the run around. Never called me when they said they would. I went two times to pick up a rental and both times i ended up being late for work because they didn't have me in the system or a car ready for me to take. One time the car was frozen and i had to wait 15 minutes for it to warm up to see out of the windsheild.... I still have issues with the check engine light from time to time and it's a year later.... I do not recommend them at all to anyone! Such a headache!
Was given a great deal on my trade and the car I purchased. The sales mgr JP was great he actually came over and talked with us unlike mist who hide at their desk and let the sales people deal with it all. My complaint is more with chrysler! Why they have options in the car that you think are there but they dont work! Example: handsfree bluetooth the buttons are there we assumed it worked after buying the car we found it is not equipped! Why are the buttons there if it does not work? Also the hard drive cant be used because there is no bluetooth! All these options are falsly advertised in the vehicle leaving the consumer thinking they are getting the features that they think are really there! Also the salespeople could be more upfront and knowledgeable about the vehicles they are selling.
