Went on a Thursday night and the restaurant was maybe 1/3 full. I sat in the bar area hoping to catch a game on NBC Sports Network while eating dinner. It took almost 5 minutes before anyone recognized I had walked in. Waitress was very short with me and took almost 10 minutes to bring me a water. I inquired about the game on NBCSN, she agreed they had the channel, and that she would put it on for me. Came back to get my food order, still no game on so I asked again. 15 minutes later I get my food, still no game on so I ask again. By the time I finish my food, the bartender comes out and starts searching for the game. She can't seem to find it so she very rudely asks what exactly are you looking for. I tell her and she finally finds it. By this point, I am ready to leave. It still took another 15 or so minutes to get a check and have them run my card. In there almost an hour and received very little service. Food was decent but nothing special. Overall awful experience. I will not return.
Both servers I had were pleasant (I sat at the bar). The wings were VERY dry and came with Chipotle Ranch which was pretty sour. Don't eat the wings. In addition to the two servers, everyone seemed to be very friendly.
Brisket was good, but be warned. Went in and paid with my card and received a surprise a few days later. $21 dollar meal, tip is part of that, and I ended up being charged $33. No mistaking my receipt amount of 21 as 33. Not in the area anymore and lost my receipt so I am at a lose and they are at a gain. Don't trust the staff with your card, use cash if you do decide to go!
Huge food selection, great price, tasty, speedy, and good service
Have eaten there several times in the past three months, the service is great the food is even better.A truly memorable experience. Any time I'm in the area I plan on eating there. Keep up the good work !!
