RUDE RUDE RUDE !!!!! Okay I get that you must have an ID to walk in the door.. but really when someone who is in their 50's walks in and gets thrown out because of no id...really does common sense even exist any more... and I had purchased 150.00 of e-cig stuff and it leaked and didn't work...WOULDNT REFUND MY MONEY !!!

Just rude. Seem to offer wildly different customer service depending on whether or not an owner is present. If they aren't around, most employees will give accurate information with a friendly attitude; if they are, expect to be treated like a criminal for daring to try to support a local business. Grotesquely overpriced on a wide spectrum of items; if you ever get down to NOLA, any random touristy head shop in the French Quarter will provide a similar or superior stock with much friendlier service. Strictly for LSU students with no other option.
The girl with the nose ring VERY rudely kicked us out as soon as we walked in for saying "zong". Didn't even get to see what they had, but the two minutes of horrible customer service is enough to keep me from going back.
