I haven't been in Kentucky long, but I love Barbecue! I've been to many of the local area places, big names, fancy buildings etc. but none of them hold a candle to Hickory Hill! Ron gets it right, pure and simple! Great Ribs with a wonderful rub, worth the trip by themselves, but...his pulled pork is unbelievable! A fine smoky flavor...I love Hickory smoked meat and this is the best! Moist and delicious! He has an Island BBQ sauce that is fantastic, along with a Bourbon based sauce that will delight! The sides are great too. Make a point to come and see Ron and eat some of the finest barbecue of your life!
