I give 3 stars because the food is reasonably good. I'm generally tolerant of minor cleanliness issues but this place is NASTY. The non-smoking closet might as well be nonexistent. I would return once in a while for the food but just can't because of the "ambience."

I travel all over the southeast and Harper's Catfish is the "gold standard" that I measure other Catfish reastaurants!
Outstanding food, service and the prices are very reasonable. The go to place for country style fish and more.
Hands down the best catfish around and good prices. Where else can you get this much food for under $10 each. The only thing that I wish they would change is make it all non-smoking.
