His rates were better than the ones I got from his competitors and despite offering his services at great rates he did a great job and was attentive to detail. Ok, it's clear they are the best. I refinished my floors myself a few years ago and they looked OK (=pretty bad). We finally decided to have them be redone and wow! We never thought they could look so good. Paul is a really nice guy and a real professional.
