Biederman's Bistro & Catering

Worst experience honestly in my life!! Warning do not go there! We had never been to the town and so I asked a few people and they said well try Biedermans so we were excited to try it, we got there it was somewhat busy but cleared out rather fast. The waitress was nice and got our orders, and our cheese sticks were decent nothing really special but okay. So I ordered a patty melt and my dh ordered a Rueben. We each got a side of the so called seasoned fries( what a joke) Warning this gets bad after this So, we get our meals and the patty melt looks like its been sitting and dried out for at least a hour, the onions might have been about a 1/2 tsp if I was lucky, and the swiss cheese or mayo not real sure honestly was in one quarter size spot on the edge of the so called patty. The bread was the main attraction in this entree because it was the only thing of substance the patty was literally maybe 1/16 thick if you could even call it that and it was dry as heck. Sonic and keep in mind I am not a fan of fast food but even Sonic's Patty melt put this pathetic thing to shame. I got the pasta salad that went with it , and pasta salad is supposed to be cold, but it was luke warm a habitat for bacteria and lord knows what. I told the waitress I was not going to eat this entree and to take it back I will just eat the plain fries, that were call seasoned fries. Attack ahead: three minutes later the owner ( I later found out) comes charging out like a bull in papalona towards our table she shoves the plate under my nose literally and demanded to know what was wrong I told her, she kept yelling you didnt even eat this and what is wrong with it she had wild hair and eyes I honestly thought I was going to have to defend myself, my husband was in shock as was I and that was not the worst of it, next thing I know she shoves her finger (for real) into the bowl of pasta salad and said see its cold, and shoves it back in my face, stick your finger in it you will see she is yelling, I told her excuse me I am not, she kept twisting her finger in the pasta salad yelling at me. I told her to back off and we are leaving. She finally left the table but for a moment I thought I would have to call the police to get out of there away from the psycho old woman. We went to the cashier and I told him I will pay for everything (decent thing to do) except my entree. He rang it up and it was like 22.53 and I gave him a 20 and 3 ones he stared at me for a good 2-3 minutes I asked him what is wrong, he said its 22.53 I was in shock and told him its a 20 and 3 one dollar bills sir its 23.00 he was like oh okay, he handed me my change back and said I suppose you want your change back and I was like duh. I asked him for the owner he said that the woman who came to our table was the owner, I was so dumb founded how anyone could treat customers in the manner to which she did. The poor waitress came up to us and apologized and we were like its okay we will make sure to let everyone we know not to come here unless they want to be accosted by the insane owner psycho woman. So, moral of the story here is DO NOT GO THERE!!!! You will get accosted by a psycho woman if you say anything bad about the disgusting food she serves. Go at your own RISK
The chicken fried steak and burgers are great. Service is great. I love their breakfast stuffed french toast!
