This is a terrible place to stop and eat. Staff is rude to each other and food is terrible. Server told us health dept was there yesterday and only had a few things wrong, then told us we hit them in their "dark hour" at 3pm and that today is the day they change their oil for cooking and that is why everything was super greasy. Then we were offered a gift certificate for our terrible experience. When we said we were just passing through we were told to keep it as a souvenir. Better off going to subway next door.
The first time I came here, I loved it. The atmosphere was cozy, there are several big screens, the menu is diverse, and the food was great. Since then, I have been here about once every month or two for the past year. The service is almost non-existent. Today, I stood next to the "Please wait to be seated" sign for a full 8 or 9 minutes before I could get the attention of a waitress, who was shocked to see me. I was then seated in a booth with 3 empty tables around me. This would normally be fine, except there is STILL food all over the floor, and I have been here for over an hour. I placed my order as soon as I was seated, with no evidence of any other patrons, I expected to be served promptly. It took the staff 40 minutes to make a calzone, not to mention they got my order wrong and the dough still isn't cooked all the way through. In between seating me and getting my food, my waitress did not check on me once. After delivering the food, she immediately brought me the check. This whole experience has been terrible. Since I began typing this, the waitress has checked to see if I am ready to pay 3 times. I wouldn't reccommend this place to anyone, ever.
