Reviews
They have cheaper prices for a reason. Food is almost always close to the expiration date, lots of the product isn't great quality and they always have an abundance of stuff that probably wouldn't even make it to the shelves at Big Lots. But, they run good deals with rebates and prices are generally pretty competitive. You'll always have trouble finding someone to help you and you'll usually wait at the checkout lane for a while but lower overhead means lower prices. In other words, you get what you pay for. If you just need light bulbs and toilet paper you can get those things quickly and cheap; if you're looking to buy materials for building a new house, I'd suggest going elsewhere.
Terrible service. I can spend an hour in there looking for something, and not a single employee asks if I need help. When I do find a person to ask for help, they usually don't know what I'm talking about. One guy told me they don't sell drywall mud!
Store hours are incorrect on the website. Drove across town only to find that the store closed an hour early. So much for extended holiday hours.
