Ordered food last night, clarified the toppings 3 times before they made my sandwich, they put the wrong toppings on it. I didn't realize it until I got all the way home and I called them to let them know there was a problem. They had the audacity to ask if I would just "eat it anyway" - ummm no - that's why it was clarified, I am not willing to eat something I am allergic to because you made the sandwich wrong. After driving all the way back and exchanging the sandwich for the one we ordered, the rest of our food was cold. We spent over $30 on dinner - which was nasty by the time it was corrected and we were able to sit down and eat. Never even got an apology or coupon or anything. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
The guys at the location near PFCU are super friendly!
I would slit your throught for a pizza sub and fries.
The food is expensive and the restaurant is really loud, but the sandwiches are great. I prefer to get take-out.
