Wow... Really bad service and really bad food. We waited 40 minutes for our food (and the place was not that busy). The Buffalo sauce on my wings was congealed. They were inedible. I've been eating wings for multiple decades... These were the worst I've had. The other dishes we ordered were no better. To their credit, they acknowledged that the food took a very long time to arrive and reduced the bill by 25%. But I will never go back to a BWW restaurant.
ORDER AHEAD FOR CARRYOUT. They took 25 min from me ordering my food to receiving. I'm glad I got their number right after I ordered, I then called them to save it in my phone, I figured it could shave off a couple minutes in the future. This is how I proved to my boss they that took that long. I showed them the time I called, right after I ordered. The food was great as always, but need to put the big boy pants on and speed it up! Especially for a carryout when the person is there! 8 wings and fries = 25min?
Constantly overcooked wings. Let me preface this by saying I have been going to this location on and off for over a year now because it is the closest BWW to my apartment. In most of my experiences with this location (at least 20+ orders), my wings have been overcooked 80% of the time. They put too much breading on the wing, then cook it too long. The result is a disgusting wing that is composed mostly of hard, inedible breading. I contacted the manager about the consistent issues, but 4 months later they are still having the same issues (just went there last night). I have always received good service, but the wings are almost always inedible. I've finally given up and will go to their location on 75th from now on.
Go to a different one. Horrible service
Can't go wrong with Bdubs! Boneless wing specials on Thursday and traditional wings on Tuesdays.
