Went here for a quick meal before a game at the BMO center. Sat and waited for about 25 minutes when I finally stopped the waiter to ask him if we could place our food order as we had been waiting for a while. His response... "So has everyone else." Really? He was taking orders from people that arrived after us. We left... Without paying for our drinks. What poor service!!!
I have always had wonderful every time I have eaten here (which is a lot). I love the decor. The take-out is very convenient. It is nice to have the choice for healthy food. Lots of soup choices during the winter.
I recommend you try Kiwi out
Came in for a drink prior to the hockey game and found a fruit fly near the bottom of my drink. After initially refusing to replace the drink and expecting me to pay half price, they finally came to their senses and replaced the drink free of charge.
This place has a great location but we've been here for an hour and haven't seen any food. 2 employees and 60 customers... not too speedy.
