If I could give them zero stars I would. It took 2 months from order placement to delivery, and once delivered there were quality issues with it. A quality tech was supposed to show up a week later, but they somehow had a different time window recorded than we did - no big deal, just another two week wait for someone else to come out again. Never again, Ashley.

Earlier this year, my refrigerator developed problems. I began to conptemplate the thought that I might need to replace it. I began to look around at various stores to get an idea of the projected cost to replace the appliance--it would be costly. When the refrigerator finally took a turn for the worst, I went right down to an Ashley store, and I found exactly what I wanted, at several hundred dollars cheaper. I also was able to arrange with the store to remove my old appliacne out of my house and into my garage, where it was picked up by a recycler. Huge mission accomplished economically.

I recently bought a sofa and accent chair for my new house from Ashley Furniture, my first major furniture purchase. Although I LOVE my new furniture, it took a LONG time to get it. When I ordered the furniture at the end of May, I asked how long it would take to get it and was told it usually takes about a month. The saleswoman said she would call me the next day with a better estimate of when the furniture would be coming in. She never called. A month passed, and I still hadn't heard anything about a delivery date, so I called and was told that my furniture was out of stock and would not be available until the following month. While that wasn't the store's fault, I was disappointed by the lack of communication. I had moved into my new house and was expecting my furniture any day. I requested to be notified when my furniture was back in stock. I did get a call two weeks later, telling me the furniture would be "on the truck" on July 21. July 21 came and went with no more word from Ashley, so I called the store to check on my order again and was told the furniture would not be available until the following week. Finally, they called to schedule delivery for July 30, a full two months after I ordered and paid for it (and twice the estimate I was originally given for how long it would take). I have no complaints about the delivery; the delivery men called ahead, arrived early, were polite and professional, and set everything up nicely for me. I just wish the customer service at the store had been better, and I wish they would have offered to take off the cost of delivery or something to make up for all the delays. Next time I'm in the market for furniture, I will go somewhere that cares more about keeping their customers happy.

Very Poor Quality. Purchased two bookshelves over 8 weeks ago. They arrived with warped pieces, bent hardware, scratches, chips and poor finish (gobs of polyurethane). After waiting for a week for customer service to respond it took another week to propose replacement pieces, which proposal was completely wrong based on the issues (documented by pictures) and had to be corrected. When the replacement parts arrived they were completely wrong and didn't resolve any issue. Still working to get something of even decent quality (that can be assembled let alone be free of defects). At this point I don't plan to return and don't recommend Ashley's

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with! After spending a significant amount of money purchasing bedroom sets for 3 of our children which all arrived damaged. One bed is damaged to the point it doesn't even go together, so my daughter is sleeping on a mattress on the floor while her $700 bed sits and waits to be fixed! When the furniture was delivered the delivery guys were late getting there they argued and fought with one another, and they tracked mud all over our brand new carpet. We went the next day with pictures to the store manager who said they would take care of things and make them right. Well now almost 2 months later the bed still sits because I refuse to take off work to fix their mistakes and since the company they employ to fix their broken furniture can not give you time frames they will be out until the day before they come it still sits! Just last week I finally received a phone call from their "customer services" department about the delivery. Their solution was well next time(there will NEVER be a next time) you need to let us know right away because the company will clean your carpet. I did let your company know right away and it took your company a month and a half to get a hold of me about fixing the problem. I am not going to let mud sit on my 2 day old carpet for a month and a half to wait for your sorry excuse of a company to contact me about getting it taken care of. Their solution for making me happy with their service was to offer me a $100 gift card to "get me back in the doors" I don't want your gift cards I don't want to set foot inside your doors ever again all I wanted was my furniture repaired in a timely manner, my delivery fee returned and my carpet cleaned, not too much to ask for I don't think, I have yet to get any of that!! I hope people read this review and think twice about going to your store! We purchased the remainder of our furniture from Shermans here in town and they were no more expensive then Ashley and even though we had to have them come out and level our chairs for us it was taken care of within a couple of days and their delivery men took their shoes off when they entered our home! Oh and one more thing for those of you looking into buying here, if you purchase from them and pick up your own furniture they charge you to have it delivered to the store!! What a load of crap! Sorry for long review but I wanted to make sure everyone knows what a disappointment this company is so that no one had to lose their hard earned money to a sorry excuse again! If I could return all my furniture I would in an instant and go back to Shermans but instead I have to wait for this company to get their acts together and fix the things I paid good money for!
