If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Service dept. is terrible. Slow, slow, slow. Should a place really need your car for 2-4 hours to rotate the tires?? NO. And, they're supposed to wash it for you when they're done too...turns out they forget half the time and when you show up they make you wait again. Or..."just drop it by sometime this week" -- Newsflash...if you washed it when you had it, I wouldn't have to make a separate trip! Are you going to pay me for the gas to bring it back?? Wish I had an alternative, but when you're the monopoly provider, I guess you can get away with crappy service. We've had several interactions with them and it never gets better. Can't wait until we're done with the included services...will definitely be taking it elsewhere for service.
I have been looking for a second RAV4. We purchased a 2011 RAV4 in August 2014 at Newbold and the experience was fantastic. The salesman at the time was very helpful, no pressure, and helped us take the trade-in on a 4Runner work for us. Well, this time I called Newbold to see what kind of used RAV4's that they had in stock. I was put through to Mark who has been there for 15 years. What a professional! We talked over the phone and he told me what he had in stock. The lowest priced one, a 2010 RAV4, was really a bit out of our price range, but I made arrangements to see it. I came in the next day, yesterday, and met Mark. He showed me the car, and he had done a little history checking on it as well. It was sold at Newbold originally and traded back in on a vehicle and now it was up for sale as a Certified Toyota. It was clean, well cared for and drove great. When it came time to talk money, I needed the price to come down. I gave Mark a price that I was willing to pay (not something ridiculous) and he took the offer to his boss and came back and said that we have a deal. This is my second experience at Newbold and I have told several people about my satisfaction with them. Mark is a real gentleman and professional and a great man to do business with. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, ask for Mark and you will be very pleased. (Also bringing my 2011 RAV4 back to them for service has been perfect as well.)
Wonderful experience. As a repeat customer Steve and his crew new exactly what our interest would be. They pulled up ONE car and my wife loved it. Great job as always!
I am back at Newbold Toyota and here is why: Don't buy KIA or at Auffenberg 13K miles and less than a quart of oil when I heard the knocking. The General Manager said "well things are built by the lowest bidder". The GM, Sales, and Service aren't interested in me beyond the money they are making to perform the engine replacement. After 18 months I am now buying a Toyota to replace my KIA, The $10,000 premium you pay for a Toyota is the quality of the vehicle. The Auffenberg KIA Group and KIA Corporation aren't worth your hard earned income. I have had two other Toyotas in the last decade and the have been solid vehicles so I am looking forward to our third Toyota coming home later this week.
First time purchase was made easy with all of the help I received. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner as well. I had absolutely no problems and would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle.
