I’ve owned Kawasaki, Honda, Yamaha, Triumph, and Harley-Davidsons and turned my own wrenches on all of them in my 60 years as well as on my kid’s MX, and crotch rockets. Consequently, I’ve patronized many dealerships as well as independent MC shops in several different states. The guys at Frieze Harley-Davidson, both in the parts and service departments, are straight up good guys, and can and will answer technical questions. I give them my highest recommendation, without reservation.
This is my favorite HD store, Everyone is so friendly and Helpful - I would reccomend them to everyone!! They always have what I want!! 5 star all the way!!
I always have a great experience at Frieze Harley Davidson. Mike in sales was excelent when I was buying my bike. Parts department always spends all the time I need when I'm trying to decide on my next part for my bike and they have lots of great deals. Service department does great work and they have free pick up and delivery for my bike when I can't ride it in for service. Everyone at Frieze Harley Davidson goes above and beyond every time I walk in the door. THANK YOU
I had the worst customer service here. I tried to order parts from them and they told me it would only take a week it ended up taking a month and a half to get there. Every time i would call and ask about it they would act like i was the bad guy for calling. After i got my parts i asked to talk to the manager and she was a very mean and condescending. I will never go back here i would rather drive an hour out of my way than give them any more of my money.
Has to be the WORST Harley Davidson store on the planet!! Won't work with you on the price of a new bike and then when you think it can't get any worse... Try dealing with the service department!! I have never seen a business run like this one. All I can say is your a fool if you spend any money there and if I could give them -5 stars I would!!
