Actually terrible. Bought a shot of bourbon with our meal and saw it had a FLY in it. Asked for another shot minus bugs and waited 20 mins after we were done eating without results. I had to walk to the bar and confront our waitress to ask why. Apparently the manager had not brought out another bottle thus our wait. Ten minutes later our waitress finally brings out the shot. We still had to pay for it. It was actually a terrible experience and the service was appalling. We will not be returning.
It's dark in this place and the music is louder than it should be. The food is good and the service varies. I've never had bad service, but sometimes it's a little slow.
The phone service is deplorable, I call to place an order and got hung up on, they also put you on hold and never come back.
Great comfort place, great food.. just great
