Texas Roadhouse
Reviews
Just left Texas Roadhouse with my Veteran husband on Veteran's Day. A) I think it's the coolest thing to give free meals to all our active and former military men on this special day. B) What an honor to be amongst these awesome men who proudly serve our country who proudly wear their gear, and C) You guys outdid yourselves in the fresh meat case for your customer's viewing by spelling out "Welcome Veterans" out of the steaks - Brilliantly creative! All that aside, great food, awesome server, (Thanks Sheri!)
An error was made on our order. Manager Drew was prompt in correcting it and set us up with killer ribs which are fantastic! Thank you Drew.
Not sure what is going on lately. We've been to TR in Naperville, IL multiple times and the last two times both my wife and I have been very upset with the amount of fat on our Ribeyes. Service is good but quality of beef has gone down considerably...time to look for new steakhouse!
Food was good just a little too salty. Great environment
We have dined in multiple times and the service is pretty good and the atmosphere is to be expected, loud, busy, family oriented. The take out is dreadful - multiple times they have missed orders or forgotten items or added toppings to a salad that were specifically not requested. When you call to complain, you'll get a "manager" telling you they will send you something in the mail (nothing arrives), presumably a coupon or discount. When I approached the "manager" about this recently during another take out order, he told me he was not the acting manager and would talk to the real manager and "get back to me" We're done with take out from Texas Roadhouse, it's a shame too because their food is really good and priced right.
