1 hour wait on a Tuesday night, okay we'll wait at the bar and have some drinks and apps. First of all, they take your number and text you when your table's ready. So when receiving the text my wife cashes us out while I go speak to the hostess. The hostess informs me that they gave our table away and includes the comment "I text you like, 12 mins ago". I look at my phone and tell her no actually it was less than 4 mins ago, but thanks. Then she says "oh I think I have a table over here for you... oh no sorry that's the private room" (which is clearly a designated room for large groups). Lmao are you trying to taunt me or something? I smirk and tell her good job. So we are seated, wait about 15 mins to place our food order. Wait another 30 for the food to arrive, and that's the last we see of our server Carrie for about an hour. I had the 9oz Filet cooked rare and it was pretty salty but edible. My wife didn't eat any of her meal but they waived it. There was literally no way she could put in for something else unless she'd done so through another server. She never came by to check on food or drinks. Neo the bar tender was super cool, the tuna tacos we had at the bar were great. All I can recommend is eating your dinner at the bar. Other than that good luck. You are much better off just going to one of the places across the street such as White Choc/Mortons or going downtown Naperville to Sullivans/Hugo's/Catch35 etc.
One of my favorite places to eat in the area!!!! I have never been disappointed by their food or wine!
Coopers Hawk is an awesome place to enjoy a great glass of wine. Their wine club is a great deal and food is wonderful. We've enjoyed this restaurant very much!
Great food, nice decor and ambiance. Its always too long of a wait. Especially since Mortons and White Chocolate Grill are across the street.
Friendly staff and great food. The menu prices are just fine. Nothing's expensive if you ask me.
