Every time I walk inside this place and there is an older lady taking my order. It is always wrong. Every single time. If she is working there, AWLAYS check your food before you leave. 99% of the time, it will be fucked up.
Ordered a smoothie. Friendly service, quality product. Pleasant interior.
Every time I go to McDonalds in Highland, Illinois I am always waiting 5-10 minutes every time I go through the drive thru to get my food. The 5 times I have been there they didn't get my order correct nor did they be professional! I will no longer go back there!
This place continually screws up breakfast orders. I have had two orders made incorrectly in the past two weeks. Wrong food items placed in bags, parts of your order left out, and sandwiches made with sauce all over the outside of the sandwich so it's a mess to try and eat.
They serve average to below average fresh food. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Wrap, I got them and almost broke a tooth on the hard chicken "select." Went through drive-tru, twice messed up my order within two weeks on the overnight shift. Ex-employee of McDonalds and never let food get that far past holding time. McDonalds has mushy cold fries, while Burger King now has microwave whopper meat..what's next.
