Very disappointed with my dinning experience on March 20 at 4pm. Let's start with the Spinach dip and chips. There weren't even enough chips on the plate for one person let alone two. We ordered extra chips and when the arrived half of them were not done. I always order my steak extra well done and explain to the waitress that if there is any pink in the steak I will send it back. I had to send my steak back THREE times before the kitchen got it right. This is not the waitresses fault I know that. I was half way done eating and the waitress asked if we wanted dessert and laid the bill on the table. I found that to be rude. Let me eat my dinner....my husband was done because his food was done correctly. Not sure we will be going back any time soon.
There is always something wrong with my food. The tables are always dirty/sticky. The waitresses have very, very poor customer service skills. Over priced and bad quality.
Just poor service all around minus our waitress Ashley. Hostess was rude when we asked for a wait time update stating she couldn't make people leave. Manager did not seem to care, and food took over an hour to arrive at our table. Steak was burnt and awful too. Just a bad experience that left us exhausted. At least the waitress tried to make up for everything, she was very nice and attentive.
i didn't like this place cause it's way overpiced i would rather spend that money on red lobster the food would of been better there.
The music is always blaring. They seem to forget this is also a restaurant, not just a bar. The highchairs were disgustingly filthy, with dried on sticky sauces and food. They looked like they had never been cleaned. Service is always fair and servers are polite, food is also fair.
