outdoor seating only, wear warm clothes if weather is bad. It's kind of a permanent street vender, very small food delivery area, (walk up to order, just a shack), but lots of benches and tables (some covered), and half a dozen large BBQ's slow-cooking meats. Eat there or to-go. BBQ was excellent and there were several choices. However, there is very little other than that. This place is clearly a local favorite. If you want BBQ, you can't go wrong here and you'll come back! But any member of your party that wants healthy food or vegetarian is going to go home disappointed, or more likely happily full with a tasty meal but with compromised ideals. Located just off I-15 at the main Malad exit, right past the first pair of gas stations, across the street from the Subway

Not very good BBQ. Fatty ribs, watery pulled pork, bland sauce and mushy baked beans. A disappointment when we were craving good BBQ.

Amazing food! Try the pulled pork or pastrami.
