I used to get the Steak and Eggs breakfast for around $10 and it came with a juicy steak, eggs, hash browns, toast and jam Today I got a dry a$$ steak, eggs, and hash browns for $14!(no toast even after they asked what kind I wanted) Every time I order this they give me something different and the price is never the same. I could be paying anywhere from $10-$15 depending on which untrained staff member helps me. I once ordered my steak medium-rare and the girl told me all steak is cooked the same lol I will NOT be going back there again. Not even if I was invited by the damn Hotel/Restaurant Owner!
Took an hour and ten minutes for food to arrive. I was willing to put that fact behind me until my wife found a piece of aluminum foil in her alfredo. When we confronted the manager about it she asked if we wanted dessert!?!?
The Food is good but the service is better!
Poor customer service. Food is not very good except for the pablano soup, which is excellent. Great view!
I ate here for lunch and dinner one day because I didn't feel like venturing out of the hotel. The restaurant is gorgeous but the food and service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered the soup of the day (beer cheese) for lunch and received their pepper soup instead. For dinner I walked in and stood at the front for a few minutes waiting for a hostess who turned out to be right in front of me too engrossed in a personal conversation to acknowledge me. Once finally seated at the bar, it took 10 minutes for me to get the water and wine I ordered. I wanted to order the walleye but the bartender nicely informed me that it isn't actually pan fried as stated on the menu but deep fried. I instead ordered the shrimp scampi where again the menu deceived me. The sauce was supposed to have capers in it which it did not and it was supposed to be an herbed rice blend but instead it was plain white rice. My salad of plain iceberg lettuce was also a disappointment since similar to lunch I received something different than I ordered - ranch instead of blue cheese. For the price the food and service is not worth it. Next time I am in town for work I will be venturing out from the convenience of the hotel in search for better food.
