Quality and speed vary greatly from day to day.
The food is pretty bad, except the ice cream. Very poor customer service, slow and immature. You have to wait a very long time no matter what you order. Orders are generally incorrect also. Other locations have better service. This is the worst Dairy Queen I've ever been too.
The store its rarely clean. The service is terrible. Price is deffinetly not appropriate for the wait time and quality of food, if the store even has the food you want on hand. Ice cream, is the only decent option at this store and if any other business offered the decent selection I would never visit this store.
Rarely get my order right really makes me mad at drove through to drive off and noticed the order is WRONG! Don't really act interested in taking your order, would rather stand and talk.
The food is horrible. And so is the service. You could wait up to 15 minutes in drive and same with lobby if not more. I had fountain pop once and it tasted like cough syrup was in my drink!
