Hana Ranch Restaurant

Drove the Hana road with my girlfriend to check out the town of Hana. You would think after driving something like that, the other side of Maui would be more friendly and happier...did not seem that way. I ordered the loco moco and my girlfriend ordered a hamburger. It was the first time I tried a loco moco....the beef patty on it tasted really dry and had no juice on it. Not sure if that is how the loco moco was suppose to taste like but it made me not like it very much. My gf's hamburger was very dry....did not seem to have any savory taste to it. Loved driving the road to Hana but this place was not really what we expected of coming to the other side.

After coming out of the jungle hiking, it was a very pleasant place to grab lunch and relax before the trip back. Just ignore the sign that says breakfast because they didn't open until 11:00am when I was there.

In the epicenter of Organic produce and the food had no creativity and was extremely bland. It seemed like the lettuce, as well as the dressing for Our Ceaser salad with fish, came from Costco. The cheese sauce on the chips was Velveeta...YUK! For the price you would expect something awesome...big let down.. Service was nice! food sucked I would not eat here again...unfortunately the homegrown little barbeque stands were all closed

Excellent food and ambience. Ignore negative reviews.

This is a total tourist trap. Avoid burgers, dry, cold and nothing special. Service takes forever. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
