Staff at this dealership is a cut above the rest! I have bought cars at many dealerships as I get bored very quickly. This dealership literally carries at least one of every cool car out there so making up your mind is very easy and much quicker then having to travel to multiple different dealerships to test which car you want to purchase. Every person I dealt with treated me like royalty and did not pressure me into anything i did not absolutely love. I finally settled this time on a Porsche Panamera and I love it! They are so fun to be around and they all truly want to be there which is why I who never writes reviews is telling everyone to stop searching and just go to the Auto Barn LLC in Newnan GA and experience what I did. You will not regret it, I can promise you that!

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Auto Barn; we agreed to a price with the Sales Manager, and then waited over 6 HOURS for the approval. During this time, no one spoke with us to provide any updates, other than to change the price on the vehicle (the price increased with each discussion). If we weren't in a situation where we needed a vehicle that day, we would (and should have) walked away. Brought the vehicle home, only to discover a major oil leak,brake light out and the car failed the emissions test (the Sales Manager assured us that all of their vehicles are thoroughly checked inside and out). We brought the vehicle back and were promised that everything would be taken care of, but only the oil leak was fixed. There was no communication from the Sales Manager AGAIN nor apologies for waiting for over an hour to have the vehicle serviced (even though they told us it was ready to be picked up). It's been almost 3 weeks, we still do not have our license nor the finance paperwork. Left repeated messages, but no one returns calls. RUN, don't walk away from this place.

I enjoyed my experience at Auto Barn! I entered the building (enjoyed the ambiance) and only sat down for a moment before the consultant I had made an appointment with came to attend to me. I was hesitant at first because he was young, but he was very informative and not pushy. He listened to what I was interested in, the rates that I felt I could afford, and he took the time to price my current vehicle for trade. We walked through the lot and I test drove a few vehicles. It was quick, simple, and efficient. I have recommended this store to all of my friends interested in a good vehicle with a good value and good experience. :D
