When I get to PTC I eat here. Sure do miss the Smokey Bones that was in Morrow.
I ordered smoked salmon and they brought me smoke salmon jerky what's up with that
We usually enjoy at trip to Smokey Bones. Not a good night last night. We tried the new hot dog on the menu. My husband and I both ordered the hot dog, only I got onion rings and he got sweet potato fries. We waited a long time for our order and when we finally got it everything was cold. My onion rings were in eatable. The waiter put in a new order, but by the time I got them, I had already eaten my hot dog. The fries were luke warm so with much ketchup we ate them. The onion rings once they arrived were tasteless the batter was bland. Hope this was just a one night bad experience. Will try them again in the future.
The food so/so. Service was alright. The menu was confusing. felt like we were tricked into ordering a more expensive appetizer. My burger didn't come with a side, whoever heard of that?
This is my 4th time going---every time I tell myself, I will give them one more try, because I have never had a great/good experience, but I am done after my experience yesterday. Customer Service is terrible, there were 3 hostesses at the stand--no customers in the waiting area. I'm trying to come through the front door with my son, Could they have helped me open the door? No they stood their looking at me struggle to get the door open. Then the hostess was a complete ditz, tried to seat me and my 9 month old in a booth---with out a high chair?! Waiter was terribly slow...Burger was good, but I had to pay extra for a side?! You get sides at much nicer restaurants. Food is too expensive for the quality--Hamburger, Fries, Coke--$16 with out tip!
