Usually good food but the subpar service makes it not worth the 25 minute wait for a simple hamburger. The lengthy waiting time isn't even the problem. I walked in before a family/group of 12 and they were assisted before me even though I was standing at the register first. Then, two other women were assisted before I stood there receiving no service for another 5 minutes with three cashiers just walking back and forth acting like I wasn't standing there. I was literally about to just walk out before the older lady asked "can I help you?" Well, yeah, you could've helped me the 20 minutes I was standing there. There may not be many options in McRae as far as diners go, but I refuse to step foot back in this restaurant.
